Chinese Name: Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang
English Name: Perilla Fruit Decoction for Directing Qi Downward)

Ingredients:Su Zi (Fructus Perillae Frutescentis) 75g Bai Xia (Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae) 75g Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinenisis) 45g Gan Cao (Honey-fried)Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis)60g Qian Hu (Radix Peucedani) 30g Rou Gui (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae)45g.

Administration:Decoct the above ingredients for oral administration.

Actions:[/b]Directs qi downward and arrests wheezing, dispels phlegm and stops coughing.

Indications:Wheezing and coughing due to excess above and deficiency below, marked by wheezing and coughing with copious sputum, a fullness and stuttiness sensation in the chest and diaphragm, or pain in the lower back and weakness of the feet, or edema of the extremities, a slippery or greasy, white tongue coating, and wiry, slippery pulse.
