Chinese Name: Ge Gen Huang Qin Huang Lian Tang
English Name: Kudzu, Coptis, and Scutellaria Decoction

Ingredients: Ge Gen (Radix Puerariae) 15g Gan Cao (Radux Glycyrrhizae) (prepared) 6g
Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae) 9g and Huang Lian (Rhizoma Coptidis) 9g.

Administration: Decoct the above ingredients for oral administration.

Actions: Releases the exterior and clears heat from the interior.

Indications:Pathogenic heat entering interior due to exogenous exterior syndrome without being relieved, manifest as body fever, diarrphoria with foul odor, feverish sensation of the anus, theoracic and abdominal feverish diaphoria, dry mouth with thirsh, asthma, sweating, yellow tongue coating and rapid pulse.
